PLEASE NOTE: Our items are handmade. Wreaths and trees use felt balls that can vary in size, shape and color. Our items are for decoration, and should be kept out of reach of children. Be thoughtful on where any felt item is placed. Keep away from fireplaces and flames of any kind
The felt balls can fade if put in direct sunlight, so consider that when hanging your wreath and placing your tree. Wreaths and trees are best used indoors and away from the weather elements to prevent damage.
All of our wreaths and trees are handmade using about 240 felt balls, depending on the size. The felt balls are 2cm each, but can vary in size as they are hand rolled using a fair trade source in Nepal. The wreath form is styrofoam.
SIZE
We have two sizes available for both our wreaths and trees.
Wreaths – Large is 14 inches diameter, Small is 10.5 inches diameter. Below is an example of our wreath sizes. Please note that the small size wreath will only have one figure, while the number of figures on the large wreath will vary. Please read the description of each wreath carefully.
Trees – Large tree is 15″ tall without the pug topper, Medium tree is 11″ tall without the pug topper. Pug topper is packaged separately to insure there is no damage in transit. Once received, you can easily stick topper into the top felt ball.
TIMING
Please allow 2-3 weeks for me to make your wreath or tree, then about a week for shipping, depending on where in the US you are located. Items shipping to the west coast will take longer.
NATURE OF HANDMADE
Your wreath and/or tree will vary slightly from the presented photos. Since each items is handmade and made to order, placement of colors will be a bit different. Slight variation in color may also occur.
PAYMENT
All That Inspires LLC accepts all major credit cards through the Stripe payment processor, as well as Paypal.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns UNLESS the item was damaged in shipping. If you received a damaged item, please photograph the box the item came in as well as the item. We cannot accept the return without this photo evidence. You can then send you return request, a description of the reason for the return and the photos to info@allthatinspires.com. Refunds can only be accept after contacting us and receiving our “RETURN APPROVAL NUMBER”. Upon receipt of the item in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund.
CANCELATIONS
We can only accept cancelations for 24 hours.
SHIPPING
All That Inspires LLC ships using both USPS and UPS depending on the size and weight of your item. Items under 1 pound ship via First Class Mail. Most items above 1 pound will ship via UPS. We reserve the right to switch shipping methods at any time based on best available option. We only ship with in the United States.
PACKAGING & GIFT WRAP
How do you package your items? What materials do you use? This is especially important if you sell gift items OR you have a eco-slant to your business.
All items are wrapped in plastic or in a plastic bag to prevent any kind of water damage. Most items are then wrapped in bubble wrap and packed with brown craft shipping paper and/or air balloons. We do not currently offer gift wrap, but we are happy to include a gift message at no additional charge.
MISSING ITEMS
All of our orders are shipped with tracking numbers. This information is sent to you once the item ships. Please allow 20 business days before declaring your package as missing. If you have not yet received your item, please check the tracking number at the appropriate carrier to see where it is in transit. On the rare occasion that your package shows delivered, but you have not received it, we kindly request that you check with any neighbors or anyone that might have had access to your delivery. If no one has your item, please then contact us at info@allthatinspires.com. For small items you will be asked to fill out a lost package form with USPS or UPS. For larger items, you will need to file a police report. Since the item shows as delivered, for us to be able to file a claim, we will need the police report, and only you, the buyer, can do that.
You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address (please check all automatically entered addresses) and have not contacted us BEFORE your item ships, we cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of item.
RUSH FEE POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we have a long lead time to order, make and ship your item. If you require your item faster, you can pay a rush fee (item will be made and shipped within 10 days) of $30 for wreaths, $20 for trees. Please contact us before ordering if you require this service. The rush fee covers our extra working hours so as not to effect anyone else from their place in line.
CUSTOM ORDERS
